1. Custom Orders All stamps are made to order based on the specifications you provide. Please review your order details carefully before submitting — we are not responsible for errors in dimensions, text, or design submitted by the customer.

2. Order Acceptance We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price at the time of your order.

4. Production & Shipping Orders require production time before shipping. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

5. Intellectual Property Any custom designs, logos, or artwork you submit must be owned by you or used with permission. By submitting a design, you confirm you have the right to use it and release us from any related liability.

6. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
